පූර්ව අවශ්යතා / Prerequisites
පාසලක් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමට පෙර ඔබට පහත තොරතුරු සූදානම් කර ගත යුතුය:
Before registering a school, you should have the following information ready:
- පාසලේ නම (School Name)
- පාසල් අංකය (School ID Number)
- විදුහල්පතිගේ නම (Principal's Name)
- වලංගු විද්යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයක් (Valid Email Address)
- දුරකථන අංකය (Phone Number - 10 digits starting with 07)
- පාසල පිහිටි දිස්ත්රික්කය (District where the school is located)
- ආරක්ෂිත මුරපදයක් (Secure Password - at least 6 characters)
පියවර 1: ලියාපදිංචි පිටුවට ප්රවේශ වීම / Step 1: Access the Registration Page

ප්රධාන පිටුවෙන් ලියාපදිංචි වන්න බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න
පාසල් කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතියේ ප්රධාන පිටුවෙන් "ලියාපදිංචි වන්න" (Register) බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න.
From the main page of the School Management System, click on the "Register" button.

පාසල් තොරතුරු පුරවන්න
පහත දක්වා ඇති සියලුම ක්ෂේත්ර පිරවීමට අවශ්ය තොරතුරු ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
Enter all required information in the following fields:
පාසලේ නම / School Name
ඔබේ පාසලේ සම්පූර්ණ නම ඇතුළත් කරන්න. උදා: "ඇතිලිවැව මහා විද්යාලය"
Enter the full name of your school. Example: "Ethiliwewa Maha Vidyalaya"
මෙම ක්ෂේත්රය අත්යවශ්යයි / This field is required
පාසල් අංකය / School ID
ඔබේ පාසලට නියමිත අංකය ඇතුළත් කරන්න. උදා: "10045"
Enter the official ID number assigned to your school. Example: "10045"
මෙම ක්ෂේත්රය අත්යවශ්යයි / This field is required
විද්යුත් තැපෑල / Email
වලංගු විද්යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයක් ඇතුළත් කරන්න. උදා: "principal@schoolname.edu.lk"
Enter a valid email address. Example: "principal@schoolname.edu.lk"
වලංගු ඊමේල් ලිපිනයක් විය යුතුය / Must be a valid email address
දුරකථන අංකය / Phone Number
10 ඉලක්කම් ඇතුළත් කරන්න. උදා: "0712345678"
Enter 10 digits starting with 07. Example: "0712345678"
ආකෘතිය: 07XXXXXXXX / Format: 07XXXXXXXX

දිස්ත්රික්කය තෝරන්න
පහත දක්වා ඇති ලැයිස්තුවෙන් ඔබේ පාසල පිහිටා ඇති දිස්ත්රික්කය තෝරන්න.
Select the district where your school is located from the dropdown list below.
උපදෙස් / Tip
ඔබේ පාසල පිහිටි නිශ්චිත දිස්ත්රික්කය නිවැරදිව තෝරාගන්න. මෙය වාර්තා කිරීම් සහ විශ්ලේෂණ සඳහා භාවිතා වේ.
Select the exact district where your school is located. This is used for reporting and analysis purposes.

මුරපදය සෑදීම
ආරක්ෂිත මුරපදයක් සෑදීම සහ තහවුරු කිරීම:
Creating and confirming a secure password:
මුරපද අවශ්යතා / Password Requirements
- අවම වශයෙන් අකුරු 6ක් අඩංගු විය යුතුය (Minimum 6 characters)
- මුරපදය තහවුරු කිරීමේ ක්ෂේත්රය සමඟ ගැලපිය යුතුය (Must match confirmation field)
- අකුරු, ඉලක්කම් සහ විශේෂ සංකේත මිශ්ර කරන්න (Mix letters, numbers, and special characters)
ආරක්ෂිත මුරපද උපදෙස් / Secure Password Tips
1. අකුරු, ඉලක්කම් සහ විශේෂ සංකේත මිශ්ර කරන්න
2. පෞද්ගලික තොරතුරු (නම, උපන් දින) භාවිතා නොකරන්න
3. වෙනත් වෙබ් අඩවි සඳහා භාවිතා කරන මුරපද නැවත භාවිතා නොකරන්න
4. මුරපද කළමනාකරණ මෘදුකාංගයක් භාවිතා කරන්න
1. Mix letters, numbers, and special characters
2. Don't use personal information (name, birth date)
3. Don't reuse passwords from other websites
4. Consider using a password manager

ලියාපදිංචිය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම
සියලුම ක්ෂේත්ර පිරවූ පසු, "ලියාපදිංචි වන්න" බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න.
After filling all fields, click the "Register" button.
ප්රතිචාරය ලැබෙන තෙක් රැඳී සිටින්න / Wait for Response
ඔබ ලියාපදිංචිය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු:
1. සාර්ථක ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි වූ පණිවිඩයක් පෙන්වනු ඇත
2. ස්වයංක්රීයව පිවිසුම් පිටුවට යොමු වනු ඇත
After submitting your registration:
1. You'll see a success message
2. You'll be automatically redirected to the login page
ගැටළු නිරාකරණය / Troubleshooting
පොදු දෝෂ / Common Errors
දෝෂය: "School ID or Email already exists"
මෙම දෝෂය පෙන්වන්නේ ඔබ ඇතුළත් කළ පාසල් අංකය හෝ ඊමේල් ලිපිනය දැනටමත් පද්ධතියේ ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති බවයි.
This error indicates that the School ID or Email address you entered is already registered in the system.
දෝෂය: "Phone must be 10 digits starting with 07"
දුරකථන අංකය 07 වලින් ආරම්භ වන අකුරු 10ක් විය යුතුය. උදා: 0712345678
Phone number must be exactly 10 digits starting with 07. Example: 0712345678
දෝෂය: "Password must be at least 6 characters"
ඔබේ මුරපදය අවම වශයෙන් අකුරු 6ක් අඩංගු විය යුතුය.
Your password must contain at least 6 characters.
